The Simple Version

We build your website for $500. You pay only if you like it. You own everything. No monthly fees. No tricks. That's it.

Our Service

ModernizeYourWebsite.com provides website modernization services:

• We analyze your existing site (or recover it from archives)
• We build a modern version using AI and Next.js
• We show you a preview before you pay
• You approve and pay $500, or you don't and pay nothing

Payment Terms

• Price: $500 USD total (all taxes and fees included)
• When: Only after you approve the preview
• How: Stripe invoice (we accept cards and ACH)
• Refunds: If we can't deliver what we promised, full refund

What You Get

• Complete ownership of your website code
• Free hosting setup (you own the hosting account)
• 30 days of support via email
• Instructions for future updates

What We Don't Do

• We don't do e-commerce (use Shopify)
• We don't do complex web apps (unless separately agreed)
• We don't provide ongoing maintenance (updates are $50/30min)
• We don't host your site (we set up free hosting for you)

Intellectual Property

You own your content. You own the final website code. We don't claim any rights to your business or brand. The website is yours to do whatever you want with.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the $500 you paid. We're not responsible for lost business, lost data, or any indirect damages. We build websites, not miracles.

Timeline

We typically deliver previews in 3-5 business days. If we can't deliver within 14 days, you can cancel and pay nothing.

Disputes

Got a problem? Email us. We'll work it out like adults. If we can't, disputes will be handled in accordance with US law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here. Your project is governed by the terms in effect when you signed up.
