By accessing or using ModernizeYourWebsite.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

ModernizeYourWebsite provides website modernization services for a flat fee of $997. Our standard service includes:

• Custom website design using modern tooling
• Mobile-responsive layout
• Basic SEO optimization
• Contact form integration
• Deployment to CDN hosting
• Source code delivery

Free Preview

We offer a free preview of your modernized website before payment. The preview is provided for evaluation purposes. You are under no obligation to proceed after viewing the preview.

Payment Terms

Payment of $997 USD is due upon approval of your website preview. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. All sales are final once the website is deployed and source code is delivered.

Scope of Work

Our $997 flat rate covers brochure-style websites focused on presenting your business and generating leads. This includes static content, contact forms, galleries, menus, maps, and similar features. The following are NOT included and require custom quotes:

• E-commerce functionality
• Customer login systems
• Complex web applications
• Database-driven features
• Third-party integrations beyond basic forms

Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of your website's source code. You may host it anywhere, modify it, or transfer it to another developer. We retain no rights to your completed website.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content (text, images, logos) provided for your website. We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from content you provide.

Updates and Support

After delivery, updates and modifications are available at $50 per 30 minutes. We also provide documentation for self-service updates.

Limitation of Liability

ModernizeYourWebsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your preview, there is no charge. Once you approve the preview and pay, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds after deployment.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
